The general legal framework that regulates the protection of personal data is represented by the General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR) applicable in the European Union.
Definitions
For the purpose of this information notice, please consider that the terms listed below will have the following meaning:

processing – means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
ONEIRO RESORT (RYANDESIGN CONCEPT S.R.L.) will process your personal data based on the following:
- Performance or conclusion of the contract with you and to respond to your requests. For example, to make a reservation for accommodation, meals or any other service we offer, we process elements such as phone numbers, email addresses, names, identity document data (CNP – Personal Numerical Code). This also allows us to issue you an invoice for the services provided in accordance with the Tax Code in force 227/2015 updated in 2018 as well as the obligation to complete accommodation forms in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as in compliance with the Norms regarding access, registration and protection of tourists in tourist reception structures with accommodation functions and the Procedure for registration of tourist reception structures, registration of tourists and reporting them in the Integrated Information System for Tourist Registration.
- Legitimate commercial interests of ONEIRO RESORT, for example, fraud prevention, maintaining the security of the tourist complex, direct marketing and improving our services. Whenever we rely on this legal basis to process your data, we evaluate our commercial interests to ensure they do not override your rights. - Compliance with a mandatory legal requirement, for example, accounting and tax requirements, which are subject to strict internal policies (such as retention periods), procedures, and your right to restrict the use of your own data;
- Consent that you provide when ONEIRO RESORT does not rely on another legal basis can be withdrawn at any time.
We will collect your personal data when, for example:
You purchase or use any of our products and services;
You register to benefit from a loyalty card;
You subscribe to newsletters, alerts or other services offered by us;
You contact us through various channels, or request information regarding a product or service;
